If you have never done taps or have never heard of them, I highly recommend it. Here is an explanation of what it is and why it works. If I’m being honest I was skeptical of this technique and something inside me was keeping me from doing them. Then one day Jen Ward made a post and asked what physical ailments would people like taps for and I replied insomnia. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve done the taps for insomnia and its made a believer of me! I’ve changed nothing else in my life that would affect me to be able to fall asleep quickly, stay asleep, or to wake up feeling fully rested. I just did the taps once, and was even spectacle as I did them. I’m now a huge believer and no matter how silly you think it is, get over it and just do it! You won’t regret it!
