Say each statement out-loud three times while continuously tapping on the top of your head, and say it a fourth time while continuously tapping on your chest.

Don’t skip any because you don’t think they apply to you. The ones you want to skip are the ones you need to do.

“I release the fear of being called out; in all moments.”

“I am comfortable in my position in life; in all moments.”
“I am comfortable in my skin; in all moments.”
“I belong where I am; in all moments.”
“I am loved and of value right where I am; in all moments.”
“I can join in if I choose to; in all moments.”
“I am where I belong; in all moments.”
