Say each statement out-loud three times while continuously tapping on the top of your head, and say it a fourth time while continuously tapping on your chest.

“I trust there was a reason that benefits my growth; in all moments”
“I am centered and empowered in Love and gratitude for the ability to conceive and carry my baby to term; in all moments”
“I release rejecting my connection with my baby; in all moments”
“I am sustained in the confidence and security of loving my baby unconditionally; in all moments”
