Think about it. The only times a metal implement has pierced the body before modern times, was to harm it. That mentality is still a primal issue that the body holds when being introduced to a scalpel. Before someone goes “under the knife” they must talk to their body and explain that it is a means to help them. It is not subjecting themselves to harm. This can soften the recovery rate because it will prevent the body from energetically going in shock and reliving past traumas that are held in the DNA from overriding the healing process.
Say each statement out-loud three times while continuously tapping on the top of your head, and say it a fourth time while continuously tapping on your chest.
Don’t skip any because you don’t think they apply to you. The ones you want to skip are the ones you need to do.
