The Brain filters almost 90% of the information that it is bombarded with. It pulls in only that which is relevant to its daily life. Without this filter, the psyche would be overwhelmed and would not be able to function. We choose what we focus on by what we give our attention. That is a huge reason to focus on seeing the positive in all situations so that the brain will know that the positive is relevant in our daily life.

Today I facilitated a session with a client who has done much spiritual work on herself and much of it with me. At the beginning of the session she wanted to ask why she was not manifesting abundance. We worked on this extensively and yet energetically I could see her stuck in the problem. Instead of being receptive to the session, she was stuck in the mental realms and tried to pull me down into the mind instead of allowing me to pull her up.

As I was experiencing this exchange between myself and my client, I was given another key as to why some people manifest wonderful things in their life and why some do not. The answer I was given was a huge key to help her release during the session and also a huge key to assist so many people. It seemed to be an answer that was given to me straight from the heart of truth.

The reason why so many people do not manifest great things, is because they allow their brain to filter them out! Here are the taps I came up with to help my client shift out of fighting me and her own acceptance to positive manifestations:

Say each statement out-loud three times while continuously tapping on the top of your head, and say it a fourth time while continuously tapping on your chest.

Don’t skip any because you don’t think they apply to you. The ones you want to skip are the ones you need to do.

“I filter out sadness; in all moments.”

“I filter out fear; in all moments.”

“I filter out hate; in all moments.”

“I filter out poverty; in all moments.”

“I filter out failure; in all moments.”

“I filter out dis-ease; in all moments.”

“I filter out insecurity; in all moments.”

“I filter out loneliness; in all moments.”

“I filter out chaos; in all moments.”

“I filter out loss; in all moments.”

“I filter out need; in all moments.”

“I filter out want; in all moments.”

“I filter out jealously; in all moments.”

“I filter out gossip; in all moments.”

“I filter out dissent; in all moments.”

“I filter out fragmentation; in all moments.”

“I filter out weakness; in all moments.”

“I filter out illusion; in all lifetimes.”

“I release filtering out Joy; in all moments.”

Whenever a negative concept, person or situation presents itself in your life, name it and then say this tap:

“I filter out _________; in all moments”.

Then name its positive opposite and then insert it in this tap:

“I release filtering out __________; in all moments” This may be the missing piece for many.

This may be the component that finally get the mind on board with positive change.
