Recently I facilitated a long distance remote session with a regular client. She has suffered with incredible panic attacks but is much better now. She was having difficulties with visiting a friend at the hospital. Hospitals and medical issues have been such a trigger for her and we have addressed layers and layers of the issues that have made her anxious.
She had a dream the night before her session about being in the hospital and being at the mercy of all that that entails. When I heard her dream, an image from one of her past lives came to the surface and I saw the reason for her distress.
It was a makeshift area for tending wounds after a battle. There was chaos all around. Everyone just came through a squirmish and so the adrenalin was still high. No one was in a sympathetic state and there was nothing to kill the pain. His (her) leg had to be cut off.
He was adamantly against it. He preferred to just bleed out. No one would listen to him. They treated him like he was not even there. He kept protesting but these people who knew him were ignoring his wishes. They were about to do something very unnatural to him. He could feel the saw dig through his flesh. When it came to hitting the bone, the sensation was maddening.
As I am seeing this past life trauma, I am explaining it to the client. She is feeling it and it is making her very anxious. I tell her to do a tap; “I release the trauma of having my leg amputated; in all moments”. She says that she can’t do it! I am firm with her and explain this is what you are reliving when you go to a hospital. This is releasing it so you don’t have to keep reliving it. She gets through the tap but the experience intensifies even more.
I ask her, ” Do you know how when someone is cutting through a board and they want to quicken the process..so they push down on the part that they are cutting off so they it snaps off? This is what they did with your leg” She could feel it then and as she is experiencing it for the last time ever, I help her separate from the trauma and removing it from her energy field. Hopefully she can now go to hospitals without it creating such angst in her. We removed another layer.
Say each statement out-loud three times while continuously tapping on the top of your head, and say it a fourth time while continuously tapping on your chest.
Don’t skip any because you don’t think they apply to you. The ones you want to skip are the ones you need to do.
Here are some taps that may be helpful:
“I release the pain trauma of being experimented on; in all moments.”
“I release the pain and trauma of having my limb amputated; in all moments.”
“I release the fear of hospitals; in all moments.”
“I release confusing hospitals with pain, torture and imprisonment; in all moments.”
“I release the pain and trauma of losing my free will; in all moments.”
“I release the belief that hospitals are bad; in all lifetimes.”
“I release the fear of being trapped in a hospital; in all moments.”
“I release the trauma of dying in a hospital; in all moments.”
The most ingrained experiences are the ones when we are alone with ourselves. It is a great form of validation to acknowledge our own pain and tell ourselves it is okay. In this way, we are able to heal ourselves on a very deep level.
