When I was imprisoned, it was a one person work camp. I performed the work of three men in their prime while having a half bowl of rice a day. At sunset, after the work, when I was beyond exhausted, I had to carry in a cord of wood as “he” mocked me and degraded me to his satisfaction. This is the place that I seem to go in my mind when I try to work out. My body craves physical activity, but the resistance to going to this place is very strong.
It occurred to me that other people may have a similar resistance to exercise for a similar reason. Maybe the reason some don’t like exercise is because it unconsciously reminds them of a time in a past life when they were on the brink of being broken.
Think about it: when people are being murdered, they may have an accelerated heart rate and breath rate. That primal response may be where their fear of being murdered is held. Maybe that is why they avoid activity at all costs.They are trying to avoid trauma by NOT revving up their heart rate.
Here are some EFT taps to rectify the resistance to exercise:

Through physical activity, I shift my paradigm from deficiency to Joy, Love, Abundance, Freedom and wholeness; in all lifetimes.
I feed my essence with the joy of physical activity; in all lifetimes.
Physical activity centers me in Joy, Love, Abundance, Freedom and wholeness; in all lifetimes.
