Releasing Deep-Seated Unworthiness

In many of my clients, there is one cause or another for deep-seated unworthiness. It doesn’t just start in gym class by not getting picked at kickball. The issues are what is triggered when we are not included, or teased or overlooked. It is much deeper in some than in others. That is why one person can laugh off a comment and another one feels excruciating offense at a similar one. We have come by our reactions honestly.

Different cultures have different ways of subjugating their people. Some of them come up in my private sessions. Following is a list of taps that may undo some of the ingrained unworthiness of past times.

(Please say each statement three times while tapping on your head, and say it a fourth time while tapping on your chest.)

I release being an untouchable, in all lifetimes.
I release being damned, in all lifetimes.
I release being enslaved, in all lifetimes.
I release being tortured, in all lifetimes.
I release the belief that I am a sinner, in all lifetimes.
I release the trauma of being sacrificed, in all lifetimes.
I release having my feet bound, in all lifetimes.
I release letting my people down, in all lifetimes.
I release being ostracized, in all lifetimes.
I release being an abomination, in all lifetimes.
I release being left for dead, in all lifetimes.
I release the belief that I am unholy, in all lifetimes.
I release the belief that God hates me.
I release the belief that I let God down, in all lifetimes.
I release the belief that I am unworthy, in all lifetimes.
I shift my paradigm for unworthiness to Joy, Love, Abundance, Freedom, Life and Wholeness, in all lifetimes.

I hope that when you do all of these taps you get a sense of which ones are harder to do and which ones bring up more emotion. Use that as a clue to discovering the initial causes to some things that affect you in the present day. By doing so, you can achieve a greater sense of freedom.
