Network of Love

Make your Love so big and so pure that every living being in the Universe can feel it. See your love as larger than the whole Solar System, stuffed and compacted into your body. And when you say your prayers or do your meditations, acknowledge everyone else who is showing their reverence at the same moment as you. See yourself connected into all the other loving souls who are connecting in that moment. Extend that moment throughout your day and stay connected in a network of love.

Being Centered

Being centered is being in the eye of the storm. It is your own calm. It is where your Love and truth is. There are definite signs that you are in your center. When one is centered they are at peace with themselves. They are kind, and content and happy. There is no jealousy and no pettiness. One does not enjoy gossip because they do not take fascination in the struggles of others. People use many different techniques to stay centered. Some pray, some meditate, work out, use visualizations, listen to inspirational music or read inspirational works. Some may even play Candy Crush to stay centered. What looks like wasting time to someone else, may be a survival tool for another. Here are some EFT taps to assist in staying centered. (say each statement three times while tapping on your head and a fourth time while tapping on your chest) I Am centered in Joy, Love, Abundance, and Freedom, in all lifetimes. I release coming out of Love in search of Love, in all lifetimes. I release coming out of contentment to find Joy, in all lifetimes. I release surrendering my freedom to search for freedom, in all lifetimes. I […]

Contemplation vs. Meditation

Meditation is a sacred time to commune with a deeper part of one’s self. But many people find it difficult to settle themselves to the practice. There are a few reasons for that. Some people are so filled up with their “stuff”, that is almost impossible to sit with themselves. Another issue is that these same practices have been used for many centuries and so in some of our past lives, the practice of meditation was bundled with unpleasant experiences. Meditation could be linked with starvation (fasting) or others austerities. For people who don’t resonate with meditation, may I suggest contemplation and visualization as well. Contemplation is using the imagination and making it so real that one can walk into it and leave the body through the images that they conjure up. It is using the mind as an active participant and pulling all the senses into the experience. It is using the imagination as a jumping off point into the more subtle worlds. That is why reading is so important for children of every age because it hones their imagination skills. Anything that we imagine is real in a more subtle form. But when we travel there, it can […]

Being Aligned and Balanced

Some may think of meditation as a means to overcome having physical or emotional reactions. This may be called mind over matter. A more helpful depiction of what meditation can do is align all the different experiences that a person can have so one is not out of balance with the others.  The way an imbalance manifests is in one being too emotional or too mental. So it isn’t about putting unnecessary emphasis on the mind but to align it with the other experiences of existing. Here is an EFT tap that may be helpful for some. (say this statement 3 times while tapping on your head and a 4th time while tapping on your chest) I release confusing clinging to the mind, with being centered; in all lifetimes. I align all my bodies, in all Lifetimes. I AM centered in Joy, Love, Abundance, Freedom, Spontaneity and Wholeness; in all Lifetimes. I Am an infinite expression of perpetual divine Love; in all lifetimes.

Guest Blog by Jelaine Faunce

The Anxious, Exciting, Nerve-Wracking, Confusing, Liberating Experience of Personal Growth I met Jen Ward via the Internet, or, more specifically, Twitter; she was quoted by someone else I followed, and something in her quote caught my attention.  I decided to follow her, too.  This was in late December.  By mid-January, I had a feeling she could help me in my ongoing quest for spiritual understanding, not just of myself, but also of the world around me. I am, by nature, a rather inquisitive person.  I am also intuitive, methodical, empathetic and ambitious.  It’s a strenuous combination at times, and it’s gotten me into periods of physical exhaustion more than once.  But, it has never stopped me from seeking more enlightenment; such is my curiosity about life. I had decided upon following her Twitter feed and reading her blog that I would wait for an internal cue about when or if I should contact her for a session.  In March it came- with a bang.  I had a personal experience through viewing something completely unrelated to myself that convinced me I was dealing with emotions and impulses not from this lifetime.   It wasn’t the first time I’d experienced this, but it […]
