S.O.S. — Please Help!

Earlier today I was facilitating a private remote session with another powerful healer. During the session, I got a frantic inner call for help. It was from a very old fir-tree.

Apparently it is being considered to be the Christmas Tree for this years celebration in New York City at Rockefeller Center. It is over 300 years old. It does not want to die for such an unworthy reason. It would prefer to go out in forest fire than to end its life this way. It wants to continue to live.

The tree picked up our strong communication signals during the session and asked if we would assist. If anyone knows how to create a petition and start circulating it to assist this great soul who wants to continue to live; it would be appreciated.

If everyone else would do this exercise below as a way to make a dent in the thick consciousness of stubbornness and ignorance that have impersonated truth for way too long.

(Say each statement three times out loud while CONTINUOUSLY tapping on the top of your head at the crown chakra and say it a fourth time while tapping on your chest at the heart chakra. Say each word deliberately. They are not just words but a vibration that you are initiating to shift energy. Pause after each word. Say it in a commanding but even tone. Say them all.)

I declare myself a surrogate for trees and humanity in doing these taps; in all moments.
We send all energy matrixes into the light that allow ignorance to kill wisdom; in all moments.
We send all energy matrixes into the light that allow humans to arbitrarily kill trees; in all moments.
We send all energy matrixes into the light that hide behind tradition to commit genocide; in all moments.
We send all energy matrixes into the light that prevent humans from hearing trees; in all moments.
We make space in this world for all noble trees to survive past Christmas; in all moments.
We remove all blockages to all noble trees surviving past Christmas in all moments.
We send all energy matrixes into the light that prevent humans from being grateful for the wisdom and existence of trees; in all moments.
We are centered and empowered in a worldwide love and appreciation for Trees; in all moments.

After you do these, be still and you will benefit from receiving the love and gratitude of a multitude of trees. It is then that you will want to share this message. Thank you so much. Feel the love expand.

Open Letter To Mayor De Blasio

Dear Mayor De Blasio,

I understand that you are very busy running the largest and most diverse city in the world. I would not bother you unless it is something that is very pressing. In your great city, everyone is so busy, personal space is congested and the ability to connect to nature; very limited. In fact, to many in your world, the connection with nature may seem as convoluted as unicorns and as frivolous as daisies. But I assure you it is not.

There is a practice in New York City that has become archaic. It may have been charming in a more simple time. It moved into indulgent a while back and now it simply sends the wrong message to the world. Cutting down a 300-year-old tree for a yearly celebration now has come to represent gluttony and indifference to those who are conscious of the world’s needs. To those of an even more heightened awareness of the fine balance between society and nature, it is perceived as murder.

On a purely practical note: (facts collected from around the web)

  • A single mature tree can absorb carbon dioxide at a rate of 48 lbs./year and release enough oxygen back into the atmosphere to support 2 human beings. ~ Santa Monica Urban Forest
  • One acre of trees annually consumes the amount of carbon dioxide equivalent to that produced by driving an average car for 26,000 miles. ~ Northwest Territories Forest Management
  • That same acre of trees also produces enough oxygen for 18 people to breathe for a year. ~ New York Times
  • A 100 ft tree, 18 ft  diameter at its base, produces 6,000 pounds of oxygen. ~ Northwest Territories Forest Management
  • On average, one mature tree produces nearly 260 pounds of oxygen each year, and can provide enough oxygen for two people. ~ American Forests

Trees are not dead plankton on the beach. They are living, breathing examples of wisdom and service. They literally provide the breath that we need to survive. Cutting down these creators of our life force sends a message of stagnant awareness and slavery to mass consuming. Certainly it is wonderful to observe a 300-year-old tree being lit up, but not if it is desecrated in the process.

There are many alternatives to killing a living being that is older than many generations. Perhaps a beautiful sculpture of a tree could be created that could be lit up each year. Perhaps a place should be reserved for a living tree to be planted and displayed. Each year people can delight at its yearly growth. It can be a perpetual mascot to the season. It would be more impressive than knowing that a dynamic tree is going to the wood chipper after the holiday sales.

Dear Mayor De Blasio, I know you to be a man of integrity. I know you want to do the right thing. Please use your time on this earth to make a change that really will benefit all of humanity. You are in a position to send a very powerful message to the world that addresses global warming, pollution, and the importance of trees. Please consider taking a courageous stance in this matter. Please stop the cutting down of an ancient tree merely to enhance the ambiance of consumers in December.

Thank you so much,

Jen Ward
