Getting Past Your Issues

Everyone’s issues are different. They may have similar threads but we all have unique sets of circumstances that create our learning curve and the limitations that we put on ourselves. I call this the “Bullshit”. Here are a few EFT taps to help you overcome your own unique problems. Using the word Bullshit is not gratuitous. It is a hearty word that cuts through the muck. Try the taps and you’ll see what I mean. 

(Say each statement three times while tapping on your head, and say it a fourth time while tapping on your chest.)

I release getting caught up in the “Bullshit” in all lifetimes.
I release indulging in the “Bullshit” in all lifetimes.
I release agreeing to the “Bullshit” in all lifetimes.
Release losing myself in the “Bullshit” in all lifetimes.
I remove myself from the “Bullshit” in all lifetimes.
I release acknowledging the “Bullshit” in all Lifetimes.
I distance myself from the “Bullshit” in all lifetimes.
I transcend the “Bullshit” in all lifetimes.
